Working Dog Breed

by Pat
(Athens)

What things can I have my dog do so that she is "working". I know that will help her to do what she was created to do. She will fetch the newspaper, sometimes, but that is about it.
Thanks,
Pat

Working Dog Breed
by: Nonnie

I have two Aussies. One Mini and one Toy. The mini absolutely loves frisbee. She would play for hours if I would let her. She also herds my other two dogs. I know that is not really "working dog", but it does help her energy. On days when it is raining or too wet to play, she is very difficult. She needs that outlet for her energy.

FETCH!

You could teach her to fetch her own lead when it is time to go out.
