Year Old Aussie Nips And Agressive Toward Puppies

I have a dominant Aussie that plays hard with the big dogs at the park and is ok but when someone brings their puppy she is immediately focused on being aggressive and nipping and she moves so fast I can't catch her in the dog park. It really angers me and I always feel so bad for the poor puppies they are trying to introduce to other dogs. Any suggestions?
