Zia and Gibbs

Sitting Pretty

We fell in love with a female and her big black spot on her leg and head from a litter of Aussie puppies we found on a website. We had been looking for a female blue merle Aussie for a while. Our daughter had told herself that we were going to find her one the last day of school and that is exactly when I came across her picture. Little did we know when we went to look at her, her brother was going pick our kids as his family. We came back two weeks later to pick Zia up since she was then old enough to come home with us and the owner offered us her brother, Gibbs. We took the offer and have never regretted it!

We had never had a male dog so did not know what to expect but he is so good-natured and sweet. We absolutely LOVE our Aussies!! They are so loving and attentive to our whole family. Gibbs loves to give you hugs and Zia loves to give you kisses. We also agree "You can't just have one!!" They are such beautiful dogs with the best heart. They just want to be near you and are perfect to come home to after any long day because they are always so excited to see us! They are 2 years old this month and we can't imagine life without them as part of our family.

I understand why you wanted them both. Gorgeous dogs and sounds like a wonderful part of your family. I especially like your first "sitting pretty" photo. The look like the perfect Aussie pair.

Beautiful Pair

You have a great pair there. I would have gotten them both, too. We can always make room for another Aussie.
