Can an Aussie be black and white with brown on sides of face and head and some brown on top of legs, also the ears, one up one down?

We have a blue eyed, blue merle with silver, black, white and copper. We have a black tri with black, white and copper. Our first Aussie also had black, white and copper.

That dog looks almost short haired. Can't really tell from the picture but from first glance It almost looks like its mixed with something.
